Pvc Corner Bead

PVC corner beads are made of high density plastic material in Y, L, channel and various designs, popularly used in construction of wall insulation system.

Types of PVC Plaster Beads:

PVC corner bead (23x23mm, min. weight 0,10kg/2,5m, white color)

PVC J bead (width 12,5mm, short side – min. 10mm, long side – min. 18mm, white color)

PVC corner bead Y type (23x23mm, min. weight 0,12kg/2,5m, white color, “nose” 5-6mm)

Steel corner bead (23x23mm, min. thickness 0,40mm, min. weight 0,29kg/2,5m, min. zinc Z250)

Applying PVC Angle Beads in Construction:
1. First apply the insulation board adhesive agent on the outside of the wall
2. Paste the insulation board, and then apply the mortar layer
3. Press the pvc corner / angle bead product to the corner of the wall and fix it with caulking paste or stabilizing nails
4. The mortar is overflowed from the hole of the corner bead, and then the anti-cracking plastering mortar layer is applied.
